protect you against the legal defence costs if an event arising
from your duties as officer in HM Forces leads to:
- A disciplinary hearing, which could result in or lead to your
demotion or dismissal
- Death or bodily injury of a person
- Criminal prosecution
- Civil action for unlawful discrimination
- Civil action under The Health and Safety at Work Act
- Civil action under section 13 of the Data Protection Act
Cover is available for just £52.50 per annum (including
Insurance Premium Tax) and you will receive legal defence costs up
to £25,000 in any one case.
OLP is suitable for all Officers in HM Forces as well as Senior
non-commissioned Officers holding the equivalent rank of sergeant
or above.
