Towergate Wilsons' worldwide military kit and personal possessions cover is designed for single serving military personnel living in service accommodation, who typically stay with parents when on leave.

Should your kit or personal possessions become damaged, lost or stolen anywhere in the world, it’s your responsibility to replace them. Our policy is designed specifically for service personnel and covers:

• Uniform and kit issued on a permanent or temporary basis
• Purchased uniform and kit
• Civilian clothing
• Personal effects including valuables, sports equipment, laptops, iPods and MP3 players
• Contents within your service accommodation such as TVs
• Liability; to cover accidental damage to mess or quarter accommodation
• Personal legal liability; we will pay for your legal costs if an incident caused by you injures others or damages their property
• Pedal cycles and mobile phones (available as an optional extra)

• Home contents
• UK or worldwide cover for all the contents within your home
• Cover for childrens’ personal effects at boarding school/university

Includes all the features of our Basics Kit Insurance policy plus: Home buildings and contents insurance (UK only)

• Contents, such as furniture, furnishings, domestic appliances and electrical goods
• Buildings cover up to £1 million
• Legal expenses
• Professionally leased properties; if you’re posted overseas and professionally let your property, we’ll continue to cover your building and contents
• Cover for childrens’ personal effects at boarding school/university
• Pedal cycle and mobile phones (available as an optional extra)
