Towergate Wilsons renew sponsorship of RAF Triathlon Association

Towergate Wilsons are pleased to renew their sponsorship of the RAF Triathlon Association for the third year. The relationship which grew from a chance meeting with one of the RAF Tri members and Wilson’s Managing Director , Rod Breeze, at the Great Wall of China (no joke) has been the key to the sponsorship for the business for some time.
 
Rod commented: "Its evident that Triathlon is such a fast growing sport within the UK and I have been delighted to assist the development of its growth within the RAF over the last few years“.

The Royal Air Force responded “We are tremendously grateful for the ongoing support for RAF Triathlon. Towergate Wilsons’ generous financial assistance has been directed at supporting our ‘grass roots’ events which seeks to encourage more people into the sport. Last year our attendance at our Sprint Triathlons increased by over 30%. This impressive growth is down to better advertising, a more professional race setup and a growing interest in the sport. This growth would not have been possible without our strong relationship with Towergate Wilsons. 

We look forward to an equally successful 2010 season.
