Our Officers’ legal protection (OLP) policy is designed to
protect you against the legal defence costs if an event arising
from your duties as an officer in HM Forces leads to:
- A disciplinary hearing, which could result in or lead to your
demotion or dismissal
- Death or bodily injury of a person
- Criminal prosecution
- Civil action for unlawful discrimination
- Civil action under The Health and Safety at Work Act
- Civil action under section 13 of the Data Protection Act
