To make a claim on your personal accident policy please contact
DAVIES MANAGED SYSTEMS on the numbers below:
You should contact Davies Managed Systems as soon as you are
aware that you may wish to make a claim.
To assist you in making a claim please be aware of the following
requirements:
- You must advise us of your intention to claim within 30
days
- Documentary evidence will be required for all claims
- All claims must be substantiated by a Medical Practitioner

Call the claims helplines between:
Weekdays: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
