When negotiating the updates to our Service select policy which
come into effect from 1st February 2010, we have been able to
secure a concession to the normal exclusion relating to losses due
to war. Service Select now has an area of cover that we believe is
unique in the Service Funds insurance market as it now includes
loss due to War Risks up to £2,500 in respect of any single
occurrence. Whilst a new policy will be provided for existing
clients at their next renewal we are pleased to confirm that this
extension to the policy cover will take immediate effect for all
our customers.
